Bance Construction was founded on a simple principle — to build with integrity, precision, and pride. From our earliest projects to the complex builds we deliver today, our goal has always been the same: to create lasting structures that stand the test of time and reflect the trust our clients place in us.

We have 20 years of experience that has developed into a respected construction company known across the region for quality workmanship and dependable service.

Our team brings decades of combined experience across ground works, renovations, extensions, and mica remediation projects. Whether we’re laying foundations or restoring a family home, we approach every project with the same level of care and professionalism.

At Bance Construction, we believe that building is more than just bricks and mortar — it’s about creating spaces where people live, work, and grow. That’s why we take pride not only in what we build, but in how we build it: safely, sustainably, and to the highest standards.
